We take your individual privacy very seriously. Any personal information collected via the website will be stored securely and processed exclusively for the purposes of Liberal Voice for Women.

We only collect the following information where it is given directly by you, through subscribing to our organisation and or newsletter; or either completing a survey or signing up at an event you have attended, or either in response to an email or other written request by you to something you have seen online or elsewhere. We hold the following information.
Your name;
Your telephone and or mobile phone number, if you have provided it;
Your email address;
Your local party, if you have provided it.
How we use personal data:
We use this information to keep you updated about our campaigns and ways to get involved with Liberal Voice for Women, and to let you know about forthcoming events and other promotional activity which supports our work, such as through a newsletter, emails about our campaigns and areas of work.
You may opt out of communications from us at any time.
Sharing your personal data:
We do not share your personal data with anyone else, unless, for example, you ask us to put you in touch with another member of the Liberal Voice for Women team or a third party.
Security and your data:
While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. Data is held within Liberal Voice for Women google account (password protected access to Google contacts), in a password protected Mailchimp account for distribution of our campaign news, and within our Squarespace site - see terms here.
Children, young people and their data:
Only children aged 13 years or over are able to provide their own consent for providing personal data. As a matter of policy any data we hold in order to keep in touch with supporters aged 16 years and under will always have been provided with parental consent.
